The Mezam Community – Thailand Chapter brings together 13 vibrant tribes from across Mezam Division and beyond, including Bafut, Nkwen, Mankon, Mendankwe, Bambili, Bali, Santa, Pinyin, Bambui, Awing, Babanki, and more as our community continues to grow. We connect Mezam brothers and sisters living in Thailand, far from home by celebrating our rich cultural heritage, promoting its preservation, and strengthening our shared identity with a spirit of unity in diversity.
The Bakossi people have a strong Cultural identity with a unique language, arts and tradition. They have traditional beliefs and a rich mythology. Their worldview is deeply influenced by the natural landscape like the Mt.Kupe and the twin lakes of Muaneguba...They are basically from Southwest...
