Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cameroon Cultural Festival - Thailand 2026 website, services, and any ticket purchases, merchandise orders, or festival participation. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access our services.

  • "Festival," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Cameroon Cultural Festival - Thailand 2026, its organizers, and authorized representatives.

  • "Services" refers to all services provided by the Festival, including ticket sales, merchandise sales, event information, and festival participation.

  • "Ticket" refers to any admission pass, whether physical or digital, for entry to the Festival events.
  • "Merchandise" refers to any products offered for sale through our Website, including but not limited to t-shirts, souvenirs, and other Festival-branded items.

Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian if under 18
  • Possess the legal authority to enter into binding contracts
  • Provide accurate and complete information when required
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Ticket Terms & Conditions

3.1 Ticket Purchase

  • All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
  • Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted by Festival organizers.
  • Tickets purchased through unauthorized resellers may be voided without refund.
  • Prices are in Thai Baht (THB) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3.2 Festival Admission

  • Valid ticket and government-issued ID required for entry.
  • The Festival reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person from the event premises for reasons including but not limited to: disruptive behavior, violation of Festival rules, or safety concerns.
  • Children under 12 years old may enter free when accompanied by a paying adult, with a maximum of 2 children per adult.
  • Festival schedule, performers, and activities are subject to change without notice.

3.3 Cancellation & Refunds

  • If the Festival is cancelled in its entirety, ticket holders will receive a full refund of the ticket price.
  • If the Festival is postponed, tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date.
  • No refunds will be issued for partial cancellation, changes in lineup, or inclement weather.

Merchandise Sales

4.1 Ordering & Payment

  • All merchandise orders are subject to availability.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment must be completed in full before merchandise is shipped or made available for pickup.
  • We accept payments through approved methods as indicated on our Website.

4.2 Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

4.3 Returns & Exchanges

  • Merchandise may be returned within 14 days of receipt if defective or damaged.
  • Returns require proof of purchase and original packaging.
  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability of requested items.

User Conduct & Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit any harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content
  • Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation with any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our Services or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our Services or any other systems or networks
  • Use automated systems or software to extract data from our Website
  • Resell or commercially exploit any portion of our Services without express written permission

Festival Conduct

At the Festival venue, all attendees must comply with posted rules, instructions from Festival staff and security, and all applicable laws. The Festival reserves the right to remove any attendee who violates these rules without refund.

Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Ownership

All content on our Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Cameroon Cultural Festival - Thailand 2026 or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include:

  • Any resale or commercial use of our Services or content
  • Collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices
  • Derivative use of our Services or content
  • Use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools

6.3 Trademarks

"Cameroon Cultural Festival," the Festival logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of the Festival or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cameroon Cultural Festival - Thailand 2026, its organizers, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
  • Damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, our Services
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on our Services
  • Any content obtained from our Services
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, for accessing our Services during the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

Important: This limitation of liability applies to all claims, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cameroon Cultural Festival - Thailand 2026, its organizers, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your conduct at the Festival event
  • Any content you submit, post, or transmit through our Services

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Your breach of these Terms
  • Requests by law enforcement or other government agencies
  • Unexpected technical or security issues
  • Your engagement in fraudulent or illegal activities

Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply to these Terms.

Dispute Resolution

12.1 Informal Resolution

We prefer to resolve disputes informally. Before filing a claim against Cameroon Cultural Festival - Thailand 2026, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting us at legal@cameroonfestthailand.com. We'll try to resolve the dispute informally within 60 days of your email.

12.2 Binding Arbitration

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Bangkok, Thailand, in accordance with the rules of the Thai Arbitration Institute.

12.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis. Any claim must be brought in your individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using our Services.

Notice of Changes: We will notify you of material changes to these Terms by posting the updated Terms on our Website and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.
