  • Children under 12 years old enter free when accompanied by a paying adult.
  • All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

Both ticket types include access to all festival activities for both days, including cultural performances, exhibitions, workshops, and food tasting areas. Member tickets include additional benefits like priority seating and lounge access.

Yes, a limited number of tickets will be available at the door. However, we strongly recommend purchasing in advance as we expect the event to sell out. Door prices may be higher than advance prices.

For member tickets, payment is arranged directly with your group president. For general admission, we accept QR code payments via Thai banking apps. Cash payments are only available at the door.

Yes, the festival venue is fully accessible with wheelchair ramps, accessible restrooms, and designated seating areas. Please contact us in advance if you require special assistance.

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. However, you may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying us at least 48 hours before the event starts.
